Sin embargo, para muchas personas mayores y adultos con baja cualificaci\u00f3n que viven en la Europa rural, la participaci\u00f3n digital sigue estando fuera de su alcance.<\/p><p>El proyecto DIGINEXT est\u00e1 cambiando activamente esta narrativa.<\/p><p>Financiado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea, DIGINEXT busca reducir la brecha digital en comunidades rurales de Espa\u00f1a, Italia, Grecia, Austria y Ruman\u00eda. Mediante un enfoque hol\u00edstico que combina la educaci\u00f3n de adultos, la participaci\u00f3n comunitaria y m\u00e9todos de formaci\u00f3n innovadores, el proyecto crea oportunidades reales para personas que a menudo quedan rezagadas en las transformaciones digitales.<\/p><p>En el coraz\u00f3n de DIGINEXT reside la convicci\u00f3n de que la inclusi\u00f3n digital empodera. Ya sea aprendiendo a usar plataformas de salud digital, accediendo de forma segura a servicios financieros en l\u00ednea o participando en eventos comunitarios virtuales, adquirir confianza digital mejora la calidad de vida. Para los adultos mayores, puede significar mantenerse socialmente conectados e independientes. Para los adultos con bajas cualificaciones, abre las puertas al aprendizaje, el empleo y la participaci\u00f3n c\u00edvica.<\/p><p>Para apoyar esta misi\u00f3n, DIGINEXT est\u00e1 implementando un nuevo perfil profesional: el Especialista en Inclusi\u00f3n Rural Electr\u00f3nica. Estos profesionales capacitados reciben capacitaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un programa especialmente dise\u00f1ado para apoyar a los estudiantes en zonas rurales con sensibilidad, inclusi\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n personalizada. El modelo se est\u00e1 probando mediante iniciativas piloto en cada pa\u00eds socio, donde se abordan necesidades reales con herramientas reales.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto se sustenta en s\u00f3lidas alianzas con Grupos de Acci\u00f3n Local (GAL), que act\u00faan como centros locales para la implementaci\u00f3n. Al aprovechar la confianza y el conocimiento existentes de la comunidad, DIGINEXT garantiza un impacto s\u00f3lido y sostenible.<\/p><p>La inclusi\u00f3n digital no se trata solo de tecnolog\u00eda, sino tambi\u00e9n de personas.
